We will teach you how to prevent your bid/proposal from being eliminated due to a fatal procedural submission flaw. Also, learn how to present your company’s credentials and technical capability so that you are ranked well within the competitive range for selection.
Procurement Training
If you have a group of individuals who need to learn basic procurement principals and processes, or you need refreshers/updates on certain targeted procurement topics, PSC is prepared to deliver customized, industry-specific procurement workshops for groups of ten or more.
Socio-Economic Program Training and Contract Management
Because programs such as minority, woman-owned, federal disadvantaged, small/local business, and veteran-owned business programs are many times required by government contracts, and because these programs can sometimes have complex procedural and administrative requirements, you can confidently (and wisely) outsource this function to PSC from start to finish. PSC and in particular, its subconsultant, JJC Consultants (JJC), have a depth of experience in this discipline (especially state-sponsored socio-economic programs) that is current, extensive and cannot be matched elsewhere in the Baltimore Metro region.
General Consulting
If you are a more experienced business with some measure of contracting success under your belt and just need to be updated on recent changes to processes and procedures, or you are a smaller business that needs a few hours of one-on-one time with experienced procurement professionals to establish a preliminary “plan-of-attack”, PSC will develop a customized consulting session that gets to the point, answers your questions, and allows you to then make better business decisions related to your government contracting activity. This service can be designed on a one-time-only, or on an ongoing, as-needed basis over a specified period of time, e.g., from Request For Proposal (RFP)/Invitation For Bid (IFB) response development through contract award.
Telecommunications Resource Sharing Agreements/Assistance
PSC is well positioned to expedite and provide logistical assistance to telecommunications companies seeking to use state and local government rights-of- way to install fiber optics cables and wireless communications facilities. This logistical assistance includes, but not limited to working directly with government agencies on behalf of the companies to facilitate approval of respective resource sharing agreements, construction and other required permits and documentation.
